TRAFFIC ENGINEERING ACTION PLAN FOR PONDICHERRY URBAN AREA Client : Public Works Department, Government of Pondicherry The study involved preparation of traffic engineering action plan for the Pondicherry urban area. The activities include preparation of Rapid Action Plan for critical areas, development of travel demand model for the projection of traffic, preparation of short, medium and long-term plans, junction improvement proposals, exploring possibilities for private sector participation and broad cost estimates.

HYDERABAD MULTI-MODAL SUBURBAN COMMUTER TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM, ANDHRA PRADESH Client : Government of Andhra Pradesh and Indian Railways The project involves development of a suitable Multi-Modal Mass Transport System on a commercial format. The work involves carrying out studies on present commuter traffic, origin-destination pattern and identification of possible alignment options for an MRTS corridor. Techno-economic and financial viability of the project has to be worked out including risk identification, assessment and management in order to assist in structuring a Public – Private Partnership. Preparation of draft agreements like Draft Concession Agreement, State Support Agreement; Signing of Agreements, assistance to the Client and selected developer to reach Technical and Financial Closure are the major tasks of the project.
