AHMEDABAD–MEHSANA 4 LANE HIGHWAY PROJECT, GUJARAT

Ahmedabad-Mehsana highway project consists of a 52 km long two lane road to be widened to four lanes with service roads on either side of the main road and strengthening of existing 12 km long spur road from Kadi to Kalol. The road stretch includes two minor bridges, two ROBs, fifteen slab culverts, pipe culverts, two box culverts and six underpasses. Service roads are provided along with two major toll plazas. L&T-RAMBØLL carried out detailed engineering and construction supervision for this project. 

EXTERNAL ACCESS ROAD TO SAWALKOT HYDROELECTRIC POWER PROJECT, JAMMU & KASHMIR

L&T-RAMBØLL has carried out detail engineering for external access road to HEP located on River Chenab in Doda and Udhampur District of Jammu & Kashmir State. The project road is located in difficult hilly terrain in the lower reaches of Himalayas. The length of the road is about 18 km and elevation of the road varies between RL 745 m and RL 885 m above MSL. The scope of work includes alignment design, design of two bridges, seventy culverts, retaining structures (gabion / breast walls / retaining walls). 

KRISHNAGIRI - THOPURGHAT SECTION OF NH7, TAMIL NADU

Owner: L&T Krishnagiri Thopur Toll Road Private Limited

L&T-RAMBØLL has carried out detailed design for 62-km section from Krishnagiri to Thopurghat on NH - 7 in the state of Tamil Nadu on BOT basis. The project includes:
· widening of existing 2 lane to 4 lane for 39km and 4 bypasses with a total length of 23.5 km.
· The stretch includes service roads for 37.3 km
· 9 major junctions
· 5 flyovers
· 1 ROB
· 7 vehicular and 8 pedestrian underpasses
· 1 major bridge and 9 minor bridges
· 4 truck laybyes, 4 bus bays,
· 1 toll plaza
· Street lighting and landscaping for the stretch.
